My absolute Favourite Kimchi - a top quality product with fabulous zing and crunch, and it’s vegan!
Words cannot describe how much I love Tickles' Pickles Kimchi!...but i will try :-)I have been eating this since this small company started production and it appeared in my local health shop.I have digestive issues, an ulcer, ibs etc etc, and had read a medical paper online that suggested there is some kind of magic in kimchi that could help me...and this brand has! My whole system behaves so much better when i have this, and not just this, I find the flavour 'off the scale' delicious.Taste and texture - The flavour of this is just superb - clean, zingy, punchy, balance just right. I personally don't care for the taste or texture of carrot in my kimchi, and the ingredients of Tickles' Kimchi is :- Chinese leaf, spring onions, korean chilli flakes, garlic, ginger, sea salt. Per 100g - Energy 21.1 kcals, Fat .5g, saturates .1g, Carbs 1.6g, sugars 1.3, protein 1.2, salt 1.0. Storage - once open eat within 14 days. Keep in fridge at 5C or below.Texturally I like the big chunks that make up Tickles' Kimchi, and the fabulous crunch. I eat this in many ways, on top of home made bread with san amvrosia houmous (plain or avocado houmous), diced in to a rice salad, with tofu....or just plain :-)Why do i stick to this brand? - I love the plain and simple ingredients, the crunch, the chunks, the clean zingy fresh balanced taste and the philosophy of the small personal company who really care about serving their customers a top quality product.

Some kimchi use regular cabbage. I much prefer nappa cabbageNo weird fish sauceGreat taste
