Puncture proof tyres YES VERY SOLID!!
Why don't they just say SOLID tyres instead of puncture proof. I need to move around 60 600x600mm slabs over shallow garden steps and these solid tyres don't ride up over them. I am changing them to blow up tyres. I know these will work as my wheel barrow just rides over the steps. Also there is only two positions for the handle I could do with a further two positions.. As for the plastic grips well don't think much of the style

Excellent sack truck.
I only bought this for music festival's. I've just come back from the Download Festival 2023 and this sack truck did the job with flying colours. It was loaded to the max and had to go over a lot of rough ground. Its a little heavy (not when using, just lifting), but its strong as hell and folds down to fit in any car.Must have item for festival's A++++

Wonky wheel
Works fine but the one wheel is wonky. Looks like a badly fitted bearing. Not sure how long it will last once we start putting weight on it.

glastonbury / festival sack truck
I recently used this for Glastonbury and I'll explain the positives and the one reason I changed from 5 stars to 4 stars.Pros:Strong, easy to use, wheels are sturdy and it held my 62litre Coleman Cool box which was filled with ice and drinks, I also had 90kg worth of weight on it, the hills / bumps etc... We're easy work (sort of as the weight was ridiculous that I shrink wrapped onto it).Glastonbury takes a lot of trolley casualties but I wasn't one of them.Cons:This was noted only on my way back to the car Monday morning leaving Glastonbury - the two little springs that allow the trolley to fully extend, kept popping which meant – when I was pushing my sack truck, the handles started to go down (collapse) which was really annoying, I'm not sure why this was happening but I haven't looked at the sack truck since to see why it may have occurred. In essence, if you are looking for a sack truck for a festival – look no further, this does the job, take a bicycle pump with you in case and maybe some tools (I didn't need to use them but it's better being prepared).4 / 5 stars due to that one issue I had with the handles not staying up on my way back to the car, oh and if you want a sturdier move – take black shrink wrap with you, black is better as it doesn't stick to itself as bad as the clear shrink wrap.

The Smell
The delivery was on time by city link although the driver did realise he had it up side down :-)on opening the smell hit you though, I thought that the driver had spilled some chemical in the van until I realised it was the rubber wheels, they smelt of creosote, yes I'm old enough to remember that. The 'truck' is well built and the folding plate looks really sturdy, my old gripe there though is the plate does tend to flop down after you have folded it up to store, it would have been nice to have a clip or retainer for that part. The handles extend, now these are retained with 2 sprung loaded 'bolts', so to extend them you just need to squeeze them together and the handles will pull up and you can lock them at differing heights. My partner though the handles looked ugly but then you won't be displaying this item in the lounge, the part she thought was odd was the hand 'protectors'.Yes a good product although I haven't used it in anger yet and well priced.

Handy Folding Sack Truck
Folds up nice and small so fits in a hatchback really easily. Carrying capacity of 200kg seems reasonable as I had it loaded up fairly heavily with crates of beer. The wheels deal with lumps and bumps well enough although they aren't actually pneumatic, they're more like run-flat type tyres, which is helpful to know a puncture won't ruin your day. I used this for a festival and found it struggled with thick mud, although it fared a lot better than other peoples trucks and once out of the mud worked well. The wheels spin freely even when under load.Only problem I had was that the handles aren't very long even once extended. This means if you have it heavily loaded you end up stooping quite a lot to push it along. This gave me a bit of back ache travelling from the car to the festival site so a few extra inches on the handles would have been helpful. For lighter applications this would have been fine though.Other than that really happy with the purchase and three of my friends bought the same item and are also pleased.

Strong, good quality but quite heavy
This is a sturdy, well-made sack truck, exactly as advertised and pictured, mine is black in colour. My only real criticism (hence 4 stars, not 5 stars) is that it is of itself really quite heavy. However, It fits the job for me as a gardener shifting large bags of soil/compost etc. This truck is also solid enough to move weighty appliances (washing machines etc). I would suggest that any purchaser also smears some high density grease into the two sliding latches which lock/unlock the folding/sliding mechanism; this will prevent the ingress of water/rain and reduce the possibility of rusting in the future.
