Works well. Does the job. Easy to use, and installs cleanly. Only down side which ruined it is that the gun and hose are a true gloss silver and the wall secured bracket is a brushed silver so the 2 things are a complete mismatch. Spoils the aesthetics completely.

Good product but needed an additional part. My WC connects to the water input via a copper pipe and the water supply valve is also on the pipe. There wasn't enough space to slot in the T Valve supplied with this product unless i cut the copper pipe which I didn't really want to do. I bought separately a flexible hose to allow enough space.

I wanted shiny silver to match my bathtoom so ordered this one as it looked shiny in the picture. Arrived and main body is shiny but cistern holder is mat and the two parts don't match, it doesn't sit in the holder very well and just generally looks untidy. Easy to install ( use the washer with the mesh in the top of the T section.) Hasn't leaked and works well to clean poopy nappies.

It was a bit difficult to install - basic installation was fine but the product connector needs to be of good quality as it started to drop water.Had to be called in for repair and plumber put in some additions washer and tape to make sure it did not leak. Chinese items I guess! Working fine now

Love how it comes with a professional box where everything has been sorted with easy to follow manual.What I like from this item is that comes with a proper bidet holder that has got back bracket to be put screwed into it. My first one was simply drill a hole and screw the bidet holder into those holes.My only complain is that the bidet shower head is kinda bulky compared to my previous one and can't help to compare the 2.Overall, it is a complete kit item and definitely recommend to everyone

Very easy to install and only took a matter of minutes.I was worried about the water pressure causing leaks but did not experience any leaks at all and i have been using it for 2 months now. The provided fittings allow you to adjust the spray pressure to your heart's content. And I didn't fancy drilling into walls so used the 's' bend clip to fit the holder on top of the toilet. Works well and i cant complainI would highly recommend for efficient hygiene practices.
