So this stuff is a game changer. I've used saline spray before, but this stuff seems to get in there and break up all that allergy mess that forms when I'm sleeping and also forms throughout the day. I live in Texas and we have weird pollen that tries to attack your brain and eyeballs, by cutting off your oxygen supply. The trees are out to kill us down here. I spray one short burst of this spray into each nostril and then I rub both sides of my nose for a few seconds, and everything is ready for a swift exit. It's a beautiful satisfying thing to see it all come out. Here's the warning though......I wasn't prepared for the "effervescence" part. I realize it's on the can. But you don't think it's going to be at the level of hydrogen peroxide, so i put the tip to my nose the pressed it and didn't let go immediately and when I pulled the can back, I got saline and bubbles right in my eye. THAT WAS FUN! I thought i knew what I was doing when I got to nostril number 2, but somehow it happened again, and somehow after using this stuff over and over, I am fully aware that I'm not learning impaired and I'm a fully grown woman with children and grandchildren, so why can't I NOT GET BUBBLES IN MY EYES? LMFAOAnyway, this stuff is amazeballs! Just be careful so you don't poke your eye out, kid.<--See what I did there? IFYKYK

This stuff works great. When it seems like you're stuffed up for no good reason at all, just a couple of squirts from this, and you'll be set.

Takes getting used to. But, the ingredients are great and nice price.

Great product and easy to use nozzle. If you struggle with Arthritis in your hands, this sinus relief can and nozzle is gentle on your hands when you spray. It does not require much strength to press the nozzle.I have be tried others and all of them were difficult to use.This is the best!

This is different it kind of fizzes in your nose if that makes any sense. But it really done a good job and I think it’s better than the normal sailine. I plan on buying this again.

I like it. It feels good and helps me blow more stuff out my nose. I like this one the best out of another brand I tried.
