Phoking tactical molle pouch is good for medium general purpose use. The pouches are made of heavy duty water resistant nylon. The zippers are also made of heavy duty nylon, that make them easy to slide open and close. The pouch has two interior mesh pockets to hold small items. The large main compartment is roomy. The outside of the pouch has an extra pocket to be able to keep the most needed items handy for use. The front of the pouch has an area of Molle equipped Velrco field. the pouch comes with 4 different Molle adapters. This pouch is great to use as a first aid kit, for personal items and other small items you need to store, yet keep close for regular use. The price for this two set can not be beat.

Here's my quick take...Too big to be an admin pouch attached at chest level on a vest. Works fine for belly or at belt level. A decent size for a complete trauma kit but it might be cramp. More than enough room to be a dedicated first-aid bag. Could be a hybrid trauma and first-aid kit but you'll have to sacrifice some items.Overall, great bag with some bonus goodies. The elastic band is advertised to be used for chem-lights (glow sticks) but I use it to hold my tourniquet. It will be a tad tight though. No real complaints. It works for what I need it to be.

My intention for ordering this admin pouch was for it to sit in the upper front panel of my plate carrier. I must have miscalculated the amount to space I had available because this pouch was much larger than expected. The quality of the product is very good, but it was a bit challenging at first to figure out how to secure this at the center of the carrier with the MOLLE webbing on the pouch being 5 loops across, & the carrier equaling 6 loops (see image). Not to mention the retention loops on the back of the pouch were only fixed at the center & not towards the top or bottom for additional security.I was able to awkwardly attach the admin pouch in this position, but found that it was so large that the magazines below were being obstructed (see image) - this turned out to be an obstacle when attempting to pull a magazine, even without the pouch being full.After coming to terms with this, I finally decided that the pouch would instead be attached to the cummerbund (see image). I was successful in attaching it in this new location. Here, it sits very secured & allows me to access my items & gadgets with ease.If not for my plate carrier needing an admin pouch, I would have happily used this as an additional pouch on a rucksack. Would recommend this product to a friend - but ensure that there is enough space for you to secure it & that the MOLLE webbing lines up as desired. Thank you for reading!

Pretty nicel pouch and the materials should provide some water resistance. I did have some loose threads on mine, but it looks like it will hold up fine. The zipper is good quality and the snaps on the rear straps look well installed.

Good product

Good bag for bandages, tweezers, blood clot or anything you want to keep handy. Good to strap on the outside of your larger pack for emergency items so you're not digging thru your large pack trying to find a bandage or something like that. Size 8"x5"x2" ID so you're not packing a lot in it so plan ahead.

Many small inside spaces make organizing items easy, while still having a large open center. Snaps on back spread out weight and hold fast. Solid zipper, stitching, and bonus accessories add to the value.

this is a touch too big for me to want to add it to my pack, and not quite big enough to be a home kit. But its perfect for in the truck. Stiching, material, zippers, and overall quality are good. The better you pack it, the more it will hold, but it has very easily found a spot in my truck and I'll probably get a couple more for the jeep and gifts.
