Hard to tell if these help or not. Since they aren't refrigerated and sat in a hot delivery truck, are any microorganisms still alive? Who knows. It's good they include fiber, which acts as a prebiotic.

Great Vegan Probiotic, Works Good
I love that the probiotics are vegan and the capsules are easy to take. I felt they helped with my digestion and worked great. I started just taking one a day and when I took two I felt relief and liked what was happening and proceed with that amount going forward. I would recommend highly, they work really good for me. Thank you!

My doctor recommended I take this. It's a very clean supplement - nothing in it but Akkermansia and Chicory Inulin in a vegetarian capsule. It's been working very well for me.
