Ordered these to try another supplement and still need more time with them to see the benefits.My cholesterol levels have been more balanced but they were never too bad and I feel more energetic throughout the day although no sure if can be attributed to this. Taking the capsules is easy. 3 for each serving, but easy to swallow and no stomach issues when taken with food.Can't positively say my health has improved, but the long term plan is to continue taking until I can get my blood work results. Until then, I can only conclude these are easily digested without any noticeable side-effects, and very easy on the wallet from a known company and manufactured here in the good old USA.
