I was not expecting to like these shoes as much as I do! I have a neuroma and also very wide balls of my feet so often need to wear a men's extra wide in order to the enough room in the toe box (woman's shoes don't generally come wide enough). I also thought I liked lots of cushion when walking! And finally, I would find that when riding a stationary bike, my toes tended to go to sleep (no clue why).When I saw a coworker wearing these I thought they were so cute! Then when I saw how lightweight and flexible they were I knew I wanted a pair for vacations. Once they arrived I first tested out at the gym on the stationary bike and found my feet did not have any problems and my toes did not go to sleep! So the next day I went for a 1 mile walk to see how they would hold up. My feet were fine but I did think that if I wanted to walk further it would be better to wear socks. So today I went for a 3 mile walk wearing slightly cushioned socks. I found the shoes extremely comfortable! But the end, I did get a couple blisters on my heels - but that is not that unusual with a new pair of shoes.Overall, I love these shoes! They will be perfect for the gym and for travel. I am not sure about hiking, but might test that out as well. I would imagine when being on an unpaved trail - I would feel all the rocks/roots, however I also think I would be less likely to trip when wearing these shoes - so I will be testing that out.I am planning to get a 2nd color and also order a pair of the "winter" boots in this shoe.

My right foot had bunion surgery 30 years ago! He also broke the side of my foot and cut tendon to 3 and 4 toe so they stick up and I’m walking on wrong part of them! All shoes hurt my feet! These barefoot shoes are a God sent! I walked in them all day over 12 hours! NO Pain! They look good on my feet too! Best shoe ever!

Amazon sent me the wrong color (ordered black, got pink) but I decided to keep them and try them out. They are surprisingly comfortable and lightweight. I have not tried them outside but am using them strictly for wearing inside instead of going barefoot all the time. If I get a 2nd pair, I'll order from the company.

I'm a bartender so I wore the shoes on a Friday night (8pm-2am), my feet felt ok but the next day.....omg my feet were hurting so bad. Also someone had spilt some beer on the floor so of course I went to mop it up, I felt my socks wet, then I noticed there was holes for the liquid to get into my shoes. I didn't like that. I will probably be using these shoes as water shoes when I go float the river because I definitely won't be using them when I'm on my feet at work. I would would really like to return them and get my money back!!

This shoes is very comfortable. I took 1 star off because I ordered black and white but I got white and blue. I am keeping it because the color is cute. I know a lot of the reviewers said they got the wrong color also. I could have gotten BOGO through Hike but I wasn't sure of the fit as I usually wear 7 1/2 or 8. I got size 8 and it fits ok. If the fit was wrong I could have returned it.

Do not be mislead by the title. they are not hiking shoes. Honestly, they are not even walking shoes, more like water shoes with a little support.t hey are stylish and comfortable, but unfortunately they pull the heel of your sock down every time you take a step.May be good for weightlifting as you want a flat footed stance. They are true to size but give very little support.

These shoes are terrific. I have had numerous foot surgeries and wearing shoes is painful. I put these on, wow! Each toe has space with no crowding or touching other toes. I have narrow feet but the width is perfect each toe has room to breathe.You can even put your arch support in - no problem. Highly recommend. Best purchase ever!!

I’m in love with these shoes! I have the most hard to fit pain in the donkey feet. They are ridiculously comfortable. They look good on your feet. What do you have to lose? Give them a try!
