So far it’s awesome, I did just get it today so I will update if needed. It’s sleek and comes with a case which is great for storing. I’ve been having terrible congestion issues which is why I got this. Fit my nose comfortably, I even have a septum piercing and it didn’t get in the way at all. I only used it while sitting down so I don’t know how it would be walking around. Very happy with it!

I have constant congestion and I'm a singer. Unfortunately, the device was very uncomfortable and tight, yet it still slid right out of my nose. The stems are super smooth plastic which seems like a design flaw. I had to hold it in and i couldn't wait the full 5 minutes because we all have ADHD now. Good news is it seemed to work. Clear goo started pouring out of my nose and it felt clear for a bit. It didn't last long, but once again I did it one time for about 3 minutes, and it's not magic.

It is perfect and working great. Love not having wires to drag around!
