Very tasty rice!
Amazingly flavorful. I simply pre-soak it for several hours and my simple rice cooker makes it perfectly using the standard "white rice" button.

Terrific change of pace from the boiled white rice you usually see offered. Doesn't clump together. Nice mouth feel. I have perhaps 10 different types of rice in my pantry, and, this one is as good as rice gets.

The Red rice was clean as I hoped for and the texture after cooking was quite palatable. So the quality is very good.

Interesting Texture, Okay in the pressure cooker
This rice is very flavorful and to my delight, my 4 year old really enjoyed it. It's a bit toothier and has more texture than white rice but that's fine with me. I wish this had instructions for cooking in a rice cooke, but I guess that will come with trial and error.My favorite thing about this was the more complex flavor and texture - it's a little nutty and floral and I'm excited to cook a variety of dinners with it.
