Excellent book to learn math

Received the book yesterday but the binding on the side was damaged, my son doesn’t really care but want to make sure we don’t have issues when we return it.

I use this for tutoring calculus. Over 1000 pages with lots of good diagrams.

I needed to buy Thomas Calculus 14th edition. It cost $95. Instead, I bought Thomas Calculus: Early Transcendentals 14th edition. I don't blame Amazon for this. The two names are almost identical. I ended up buying both.As far as the content goes, both volumes don't explain calculus very well, and I must learn my calculus elsewhere, and I use their version only for the problems for my homework. There is an accompanying website that is explained in the forward for more content, MyMathLab, but that only works if your professor is onboard with it.

It was a surprise - I had not concluded that the hardback book was part of this purchase ! I was concernd about hsipping and the seller responded right away. And The access card worked perfectly.

This is a great book for those who want a deeper understanding of the fundamental theorem of calculus , it makes learning calculus fun and easy to do .
