Feels awkward to use. Upper half tends to sink so I can’t stick my head out when kicking and the buoyancy as a pull buoy is crap. Not a fan.

it s a little expensive but if you swim constantly is worth buying, since most of the foam is on top the balance of the pull-boy is perfect. great quality and simply the best design out there. this will not slip as other products.

As with all arena equipment, this keel is really nice to use.It adds a bit on to where a normal pull buoy falls short.Great build quality too. It feels like it’ll last for years.

I swam through most of my teens and 20s with kickboard and pull buoys. After a serious break.... I have discovered this as their "evolution" and its great!! Just used it and the unstable pull bouy position is a great way to focus your stroke and core. I am only a recreational swimmer, so don't quote me! I used it for kicking, hands on top and weighted part down, this was surprisingly streamlined!! It's a little more expensive, but much more versatile than separate bits of kit.

non pensavo fosse così utile. Non è solo galleggiante ma il peso che ha nella parte inferiore aiuta tantissimo alla stabilità di qualunque esercizio.Con sorpresa è una tavoletta-timone che si usa in tutte le maniere e direzioni, per esercizi addominali (spingendo la parte di taglio larga sugli addominali a mezzo dorso) , per tutti gli stili con una presa sia tra le gambe sia con le mani. Nel dorso per esempio a seconda se si immerge la parte più ampia o quella della base stretta, l'esercizio acquisisce una diversa difficoltà. Penso sia la spesa più intelligente fatta negli ultimi giorni.
