This supplement was highly recommended by my doctor. It has a really good flavor, a yummy pineapple taste that makes me look forward to taking it! I like that it has so many other valuable supplements that I need like Potassium, Calcium, B vitamins, NAC (which protects my liver because I use Tylenol sometimes, plus NAC by itself has an unpleasant smell & flavor but NOT when it's in this product - you don't even know it's in there), CoQ10 and more. There are a lot of vitamins in it for cognition and B2 helps stave off Parkinson's. I am also sleeping better. I just started using it so I'm anxious to see how much it enhances my energy levels. I have a very sensitive stomach but this does not bother my stomach in any way. So glad I've found this supplement with so many valuable vitamins & herbs all in one product. The price is REALLY a bargain for all you get. One of the best supplements I have found!

These work great! Noticed a big change in my sleep and my overall mood. The flavor was a bit much for me but I got use to it. They smell good and they are easy to chew.

Im very happy with these SAM-e gummies so far. SAM-e naturally has a sulfur-like taste, so I was a bit concerned that they might taste a little funky. But they're delicious! A yummy pineapple flavor. The sulfur taste is masked masterfully. I notice the effects of the SAM-e working, just like the capsules I would normally take. Definitely helps improve my mood. I'm also seeing the usual positive effects on my bloodwork! Im an immune-compromised, chronic illness sufferer and SAM-e has been helping me maintain healthy liver enzyme levels for years. I just wanted to try something new this time, and these were a great deal that turned out being even better than I hope they'd be!There's also a nice blend of healthy ingredients in each dose. A Vitamin B complex. NAC, CoQ10, and even some Milk Thistle for additional liver support. Would buy again!

It's nice to have a gummy instead of a pill as it seems less of a chore. Tastes great and effective too.

good small energy and mood boost

I've used Sam-E for years in tablet form after my brother, a physician, got it for our ailing mother. She couldn't walk due to sciatic nerve pain. With in 2 days, she was able to get around without assistance. Her mood also improved dramatically. I suffer from bad knees resulting from a very active sports life from early childhood to my mid 30's. Got tired of the tablets when they became very expensive and hard to find. When I found this product, I jumped right on it. I've found it just as effective as the tablets, easier to take, taste great and now I'm "Back in the Game", so to speak. Knees feel great, And mood is measurably improved, according to my wife who is insistent that I take it every day "for her sake"! Highly recommend it!
