Not Worth the Money.
This unit works to some extent, but it is poorly designed. The cooling pad is designed as a one pad fits all. The cooling pad more suited for a shoulder injury than a knee. The insulated bag that holds the pump, ice and water should be reinforced. It doesn't keep it's shape and has the tendency to collapse and allows water to leak out of the zippered lid. The connectors that connect the pump to the pad leak. Water condensed on the bottom of the bag and soaked the carpet. I recommend that if you need a cooling pad you should consider purchasing one with an ice chest.

Kind of a hassle
I normally just use an ice pack wrapped around my knee, but wanted to give this a try. First of all you have to fill up the bucket with ice and water, and replace it regularly after an hour or so. I find this inconvenient and end up using an ice pack anyway. The knee attachment for this is comfortable and feels good with the cold water running through it, but there is a lot of work to be done to set it up. This also comes with other attachments for your elbow and back. I think if you're using this for your back it would be more worth the effort.

Works but Cheaply Made
This is a very cheaply made motorized cold wrap. The zippered bag that you keep the ice water in has very cheap zippers, and they will break sooner rather than later. Also, because of the shape of the motor, you have to fill the bag up pretty high before you submerge it. This makes it extremely heavy and also because the nature of the bag is to be flexible, it doesn’t feel safe carrying it around. There is nothing to hold the tubing in place in the bag, and there should be something that holds it so that you can get the zippers pretty tight around the tubing such that when walking with it no water will slosh out.The electrical cord is pretty long, but the in-line remote is very cheap, flimsy plastic. it does work, and it does a good job cooling. Because it is insulated, you won’t have to continually change out an ice bag. However, for $100, I would look elsewhere. This is not worth more than $35.
