I ordered the 3.8 inch thickness and in my opinion this is the perfect thickness for a bench. The pillow is actually nicer than I expected and fits into the area perfectly. I ordered the exact measurements of the space and its fits just right. There is no need to size down or up. After I placed my order the company reached out to verify measurements and I was able to give them the precise dimensions of my space. This cushion is great quality and a great value for the price. It’s soft and comfortable and seems to be very durable so far. It comes vacuum sealed so it takes time to fluff. The picture is one day post opening. The instructions say it may take up to 48 hours of fluffing but I think it’s amazing already. The color is beautiful. I recommend this product and will likely order from them again in the future.

WOW! I am so impressed! This is a custom order for a built-in window seat. I measured three times to be sure. What they sent was PRECISELY the dimensions, right down to the cm. It fits so perfectly I am overjoyed. We got the almost 4 inch and it is firm but resilent and is lovely so sit on. The fabric (brown linen) is textured but not bumpy with little nubbins, and it is very comfortable. The fabric is high quality. My color is overall a neutral and warm brown that will blend with any color of wood, black, cream, and gray, or something interesting like dark red or navy. It includes pale brown, medium brown, a bit of darker brown with a faintly reddish cast (think cherry wood), cream and gray. I got a set of 4 pillows in the same fabric to lean against the window or use as pillows if someone wants to lie down. They arrived with filling already inside, not just pillow covers. They are so soft, yet they hold their shape. I couldn't be happier with this order!

I ordered the "thick linen dark grey" color, it has a subtle pattern and is beautiful. The dimensions fit perfectly on top of a sturdy hope chest that we use occasionally as a bench. We've just decorated and this cushion really makes the room looked pulled together. The material seems durable and the zipper worked flawlessly. I will say that the metal zipper tag does dangle down and show a bit, but allows for a decent hold/grasp. The bottomside material offers a nice grip when sitting on it. The stitching overall, but especially on top, looks professional. The foam insert expanded like it is supposed to and filled the material casing well. My only concern is the foam insert, it's hard to know how long it will hold up, but feels good now.

Oh my gosh.....I'm very pleased!!! My house just got rebuilt and a LARGE bay window seat was added and I couldn't find anything the right size!!! And prices were crazy!!! But I found these and was able to order the right combination of sizes that I need to make everything fit and look beautiful!!! I had to order 3 pieces because the window seat lifts up in two places and then has another section along the window. The cushions are firm and the fabric is quailty, and the sizes were just as ordered.....PERFECT! I have included a picture. I'm so happy I found these and would definitely recommend them.

Was very surprised when the cushions arrived in a small box for 2, 5feet cushions. I opened the box and was happily pleased at the material, color and fit. These were for bench seats at a corner kitchen table. 1 1/2in thick, zippered covers with sturdy zipper and the non slip backing works great.

My seat cushion is exactly the color represented in the picture. It seems to be well-made, with a long zipper making the cushion cover washable (I guess, haven't washed it). The cushion arrives in vacuum sealed bags - one with the foam cushion, the other with the cover. You put the cushion into the cover and zip it up. The cushion seemed a little big for the cover, but I was able to stuff it in and get it zipped. The best things are that the cushion color is perfect and the measurements were spot on. Immediately after I ordered, I got an email asking me to double-check my measurements. I responded and the maker responded back. Nice communication. I assume the cushion and cover are manufactured in China based on the company name, communication, and length of shipping time. The amount of time to receive the cushion was between 2 and 3 weeks. I like the slip resistant backing a lot. I think, given the cushion was exactly what I ordered, it was a good value for the money. If ordering again, I would probably spend a little more and get a thicker inner cushion. I would also know to expect that I will be stuffing the cover myself.

Soooo happy with how this came out. I converted a kitchen table bench to one to use at the end of my bed. The delivery time was as indicated. The quality of the material is great. It's soft yet you can tell durable to the touch. It comes in a shrink wrapped bag which was easy to open and the cushion expanded beautifully. I plan to order another cushion for a cute outdoor bench I have too..

To say I was nervous about ordering a made to order item from Amazon is an understatement. This cushion looks amazing. It showed up earlier than the estimated date and is great quality for the price. I love that it zips off so that I can wash the cover and that it has a grippy bottom fabric to keep it in place. I read other reviews that's said to order 1in smaller than your overall length and so I followed their advice an I'm glad I did. It fits like a glove in my space. I did order the color linen and I expected the fabric to also have a linen texture to it, but it's more of a boucle. Not a deal breaker by any means, I probably should have read the specifics closer. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.
