A fast charging and reliable option for those wanting to carry only one charging brick
I own many Anker products and this one may be my favorite. The ability to plug this into the wall to recharge it is so simple and obvious that I don’t know why more battery banks like this don’t have this feature. Speaking of the charging, this thing charges off the wall very fast. It delivers at a reasonable speed as well. The design is nice although one might worry about the scratches that over time may show on the exterior “glass” of the product. The construction and build quality on this product is solid. The screen and the information it shares is a nice touch. The user interface matches the style and function that existing Anker customers have come to expect from their other product lines. The screen can be turned off or set on a timer and the user configurability of this is a nice feature. The single button functionality and design for this power bank makes this a simple to use product. No guessing or having to remember “long presses” or “double presses” to make this little box deliver power.Overall this is a great solution if you’re looking to carry one charger for travel and not carry a huge bag of various chargers. This also comes with a quality braided Anker USB C power cable. The price is right for this device given its power, size, and portability. Customers may consider purchasing a case for this, even though it comes with a nice cloth drawstring bag for protection.

I can't say enough great things about this! Continue reading for the details...
This is fantastic piece of technology; another winner from Anker. This device is great for many reasons:First, the display offers a legitimate percentage readout of battery life, and it seems legitimate and accurate as far as I can tell. The added data of "battery health", temperature, number of cycles, and charging rate in watts are super cool if you like data.Second, this thing charges itself fast when plugged into an AC outlet, and it charges a phone fast over USB C.Third, I love the carry strap which is handy if you need to lug it around the house while keeping your phone plugged in to charge. It's fairly compact and not too bulky. Finally, it seems solid and well made, and durable. I hope this lasts a long time.

Amazing value! Charges everything under the sun
This has become my daily computer and phone charger, I take it everywhere with me! Charges my phone, tablet, and computer super fast, and the ability to charge these devices unplugged from the wall is super convenient. I've found it'll charge my phone about 1 and a half times without plugging in, and same with my iPad. Obviously a computer will drain it even faster. The display is great at telling you if your device is charging quickly and which device has priority. My only issue with it is the ports are on the side which makes it difficult to put in a pocket.

Supports PD on both USB-C ports simultaneously. Compact and elegant, good display features.
Anker has been my preferred source for powerbanks and cables for years. I bought this to replace the Anker 733 GaNPrime 2-in-1 powerbank/charger, which didn't work for my need to power a TP-Link 12 V travel router and a 5 V Raspberry Pi 4B at the same time, so I returned it. I'm pleased to report that this unit will in fact run them both; however, there are two quibbles I have with it.The first quibble is that if I boot the router first, then plug in the Pi, the power drops to the router, and it reboots. I suspect this is because the router is 12 V and the Pi is 5 V only, so when I plug in the Pi, something about the way the Prime Fusion 9.6K negotiates the Power Delivery protocol causes the power to drop. This does not seem to happen when I boot the Pi first, then the router. The workaround is to simply plug them both in at the same time. My Pi is set with a static IP address, so it doesn't need DHCP or anything from the router in order to boot properly. The second quibble is that plugging the powerbank into AC power or unplugging it from AC power also causes the power output on the USB-C ports to drop momentarily, so both my router and my Pi reboot. This would not be a problem for people using it purely as a charger or backup battery for devices that themselves contain batteries, but this is a problem for my particular application, because the plan here is to build a portable travel network, and when the battery runs low, I want to be able to plug the powerbank into AC power to keep going, without having both units reboot and then have to reattach the router to whatever public WiFi I'm using, and when I then need to move off the AC power and get mobile again, I also do not want to have to go through that all over again, as well.I'm not sure that any powerbank/charger will offer me this capability, because it's obviously not something that product designers are going to tend to consider when designing their circuitry and electronics, at least, not yet. For now, I will have to live with these limitations.Otherwise, although the powerbank is a little thicker than the plastic case I plan to use to transport router, Pi, and powerbank altogether, along with all their associated cables, it fits well enough that it doesn't impede anything. Other than the slight drawbacks I've mentioned here, the only thing that could make this unit better is if it had even more battery capacity. I was torn between this unit and the 12K powerbank-only model, but selected this one, because of the built-in AC charger. It's possible the larger 20K, 24K, or 27.65K units might not exhibit the same issues with the power dropping when attaching or detaching them from a USB-C charger, but they are much more expensive and much larger, and I cannot afford to order them to test that.Although the larger units only accept charger input on the USB-C ports, they do offer a USB-A port that would allow me to plug in both my router and my Pi and still leave one USB-C port free for recharging the powerbank, itself. One other feature that would be welcome is if the powerbank/charger could be turned off with a physical switch while the devices remain connected. It seems to me that adding a mode to the power switch were pressing and holding would turn it on or off would be easy to implement in the device's firmware.

Good Things Come In Small Packages
Everything wrapped up in one device! Anker is the best when it comes to wall and portable chargers. Their products are amazing! This is my 4th charger and had no issues with any of them. Small, portable, and fast charging! I love the fact that you can charge it via the wall outlet or with a type C cable. A must have when you are on the go.
