I love how it's a compressing shirt it makes me feel more confident it also fixed my posture a bit and you lose weight more easily, u just need alot of motivation and hard work 💪

This tank really helps with body shaping and helping you keep your posture. It get's a little tight in hot weather as you sweat more, but it does have open mesh panels to try to mitigate that. I also bought one for my partner after wearing mine for a few days.

This shirt fit me like I wanted it to the first time I put it on. I wear a large shirt normally but I ordered a medium because I want any compression shirt to fit tight . I had to put it on by stepping into the shirt and pulling it up over my legs, etc. Once I had it all the way on I looked in the mirror and liked what I saw. My love handles were barely noticeable and my chest looked about 90% flat. I then put a dress shirt on and when I looked in the mirror again I could not see any lines from the compression shirt. It was a dark blue shirt. This shirt is more of a medium weight and after the first 45 minutes I forgot that I had it on . It is comfortable to me. The bottom of the shirt did not roll up and pretty much stayed where I put it. The length of this shirt allowed me to either tuck it inside my pants or wear it on the outside. When I wear it on the outside of my pants it is easily covered with any shirt I put on. When I wear this shirt it is never for less than 15 hours and the compression stays the same for the entire time. I wear this shirt for whatever I happen to be doing on a particular day. I wash this shirt in a HE front loading washing machine on the delicate cycle and then line dry it. I have not seen any unraveling and there has been no loss of compression. After all of the above praise I will now tell you the 1 major flaw. After the second time that I wore this shirt I washed it, just like I said earlier, and when I got it out of the washing machine parts of the shirt were green and parts of the shirt were yellow and brown. I have no idea what caused it and these colors have remained on the shirt despite all the things I did to try to get them out. The shirt still works the same and I do still wear it quite often. I just don't want anyone to see the way it looks . When I know that I am going to sweat a lot I like to wear this shirt because the sweat dries quick and there is no need to wear a different compression shirt and potentially have something similar happen to it.

Suffer from enlarged nipples, so anything that can help minimize their appearance is welcomed. With a 52" chest, I initially ordered a 2XL based on the provided sizing chart. While it fit fine and did a great job concealing the nipple area, I didn't feel it provided the midsection support I was wanting. I returned the 2XL and then ordered both a L and XL. Both are a little tricky to get on/off, especially if you've been sweating. I've found that wearing a light compression muscle shirt or tank underneath greatly helps in this regard. I can wear the L size even with a 52" chest. The only complaint I have is occasional nipple irritation from the fabric, but that's likely more due to my condition than any fault of the shirt. Assume individuals with smaller or average size ones wouldn't experience this same issue. Highly recommend this compression tank. I'd probably use their sizing chart to order initially, but you may find you can downsize depending on your comfort level and body type, as I did.

Looks great on the shredded body of a 20something man. Makes a dad bod worse. If you do decide to order one anyway, go up a full size. Hard to get on, harder to take off. Wish it would have helped.

I may or may not upload a photo comparison later. I bought a size Medium as I usually wear a L size shirt and wanted to slim down to looking more like a Medium. I am 5'10" and about 200lbs, with a medium gut and mild gynecomastia. It was extremely difficult to get into the shirt. Perhaps if I had bought an L it would be easier to get in/out, but then the slimming effect would be lessened. As is, the slimming effect returned mild results. I have a semi athletic body and it did make me look slightly more athletic. The shirt addressed the gynecomastia slightly better than gut reduction, but didn't pancake by any measure, which is what I hoping for. One major pro is that it will keep any jiggle locked down quite well, if that is what you are going for. But at the end of the day, it is quite unconfortable to wear, it's itchy, tight, and hot, especially in the middle of summer.

This shirt did its job, quite compression, it is a little difficult to put on and take off because the fabric curls up, but it does its job, it allows you to wear clothes without lumps underneath.

Great quality. Even though the cheaper versions show the same product, it’s definitely not the same. The cheaper versions have terrible stitching and the fit is not accurate. This product has great stitching and the fit is accurate.
