This book is great for me. I’m a nursing student and it helps me get a full grasp of what I’m looking for and how to create an SBAR. It’s a great layout. It even has a med list, labs, and more. 100% recommend. I have bought this 2 times now. 1 for me and 1 for a classmate of mine.

I bought this to help guide me during clinical for nursing school. On several occasions, other students asked if they could use a sheet or 2. I'm sure a new grad nurse could benefit from using this as well. It's great at helping me organize my notes for turnover

I like the formal and everything on it. I use it while in clinical and plan to use it once started as a nurse but the fact that it’s an actual book makes it hard. Every couple of days I have to take the time to tear out individual pages. This company gotta realize that it’s patient information that is being written, we cant take it home so it need to be easy to rip out and thrown away at the ends of a shift. I was better off just making a copy of on good page and using those instead of writing in this “book”.

I thought I was buying loose pages but these actually come in a book. There is no easy way to tear them out, so I used it as a report book rather than putting an individual sheet on a clipboard.

I’ve tried many brain sheets; this one is by far the best!
