Sweet scope
So bought this for S&G's thought it would be fun to put on my Ruger 10/22. To my surprise this optic works great it's accurate and rugged!Your saying a 10/22 does not cause as much recoil and I thought the same thing I have also mounted it on my STG-58 shot well over 500 rounds with it on. Still not enough?I did one more test and that was to mount it on a friends M240 machine gun!!! We rocked well over 2k round most full auto or burst and made it fail! I'm upset? Nope it failed because the cheap screws came lose from the full auto fire a little lock tight and no problems. It's on my AR-15 now and I can pick target and hit them out to 500 yards just the same way as I did with the ACOG in the Marines. It's a great scope clear the fiber optic works very well not as good as an ACOG but ACOG worked to well channeling light into the optic at times. If they have them for sale again I might pick a few more up so the 10/22 can have its optic back.

Very impressed with Similarity and Price
As a Marine vet, I fell in love with the actual Trijicon ACOG (RCO) we use. As a recreational shooter, I was aghast at how expensive an actual RCO is. This clone bridges those two issues pretty well, as it provides a very cost effective 4x32 fiber optic scope that has a bullet drop compensator and chevron/lollipop reticles just like the real deal. Eye relief feels just like the actual RCO, and the glass is decently clear.First thing I did with this optic (just like an issued RCO) was loctite the bolts holding the mount to the scope; it helps prevent accuracy issues down the road and limits any bzo variables. At the range it was a breeze to sight the lollipop at the 25yd line. At the 100, I had more variation and it took me some time and ammo to get it dialed in (likely user error). I can consistently get a 3 MOA with a 14.5 rifled barrel (pinned flash hider) not free floated. This optic is nowhere near the level of an actual RCO. The RCO can take a beating and still hold true to its zero, and the bullet drop compensator is spot on. This optic is like any other inexpensive one: delicate and should not be dropped or hit. Time and opportunity will tell if the bullet drop comp is accurate, not exactly like I have access to a table I range. But even if this optic is only accurate around 100-300yds for $100ish it’s a great deal. Eventually I will relent and spend a small fortune on an actual RCO; this optic is one small step in that direction.

Comparison to Trijicon? Not bad for the money. (Side by side comparison)
In the past, I’ve seen these Acog clones over and over, and having a lot of experience with the real thing as an infantryman, and owning one personally, I’ve always believed that the clones will always fall very short. This clone actually comes pretty close. The glass is very clear, and the fiber optic line soaks up the perfect amount of light, and the body is very well constructed. Side by side comparison reveals this clone is missing the windage and elevation cap cables (I really don’t care about this one, all they do is keep Joes from losing them on the field), and the field of view is slightly narrower. Only other difference I can reasonably mention is that this optic obviously has no tritium, and the reticle will not glow in dark conditions, which isn’t a terrible thing anyway. Side by side pictures attached and will follow up with a zero stress test on my Galil. Four stars for now for the good construction.

DO NOT BUY
Wasted 3 boxes of ammo trying to sight this scope in, first box it was adjusting but in very small incremens, got back to my desired distance and by box 2 i had it on. Shot it again a week later and it wasn't even on paper at 30 yards and the turrets would not adjust at all. The gun had not been fired since and had not been thrown around or bumped, this scope simply fell apart. Terrible quality

Just for looks
Out of the box it looks like it’s decently made considering a real one costs 10x as much.Pros: It looks great. The casing doesn’t look cheap. The bdc is really crisp and the sight quality is decent, though I don’t think it’s truly 4x maybe ~3x. If I were filming a movie I would definitely recommend these for realism as a prop.Cons:The fiber optic does not work well in low-light like a real one. Even in a reasonably lit room the bdc is dark. The reticule itself is not centered in the optic and is also not plumb. Basically the one I got sits a little left of center and slightly diagonal. Not bad enough to be unusable but definitely noticeable. The whole optic itself seems to sit crooked on the mount, and the mounts tapped holes for the screws are not at all square. Wouldn’t recommend this for serious shooting or distance. Quality of material looks good, quality of detail work is honestly pretty awful which is sad considering how well the rest of it looks.I used this for something that wouldn’t work well long range anyways so I don’t mind the accuracy over 100 yards. At 30 yards it was fine. Out of the box it was about 10 inches off at 10ft but easy to adjust.

A very good copy of the real thing
So, I, too, would like to have a real Trijicon, but I can't see paying that much money for a scope that isn't thermal. The one I received did NOT have a canted reticle nor were the screws loose that holds the scope to the base. I tried to loosen them to place some Blue Locktite there but they are very secure. I did use Blue Locktite on the base mounting knobs/screws so it would not vibrate loose on me.Yes, it isn't as optically clear as the real Trijicon but it is very useable. I like the fact I can keep both eyes open and see the Red Chevron reticle. That will make quick close shots very accurate, and it gives these old eyes 4X magnification to see in the distance. It is mated to a PSA AR15 with a Franklin Armory lower receiver with the giggle switch factory installed. The upper has had (500) rounds through it with zero issues and the new lower has (100) on it so far but soon the scope gets sighted in at the indoor range. They will let me do Binary trigger there but until I get the rythtum down good I would not want to try it there. I used the 10/22 on Binary there and I destroyed a target clip with it.
