Bought a new house, and we wanted a new coffee machine. So far works great! She loves a caramel latte and now I don't have to drag my butt to Starbucks. Worth every penny.

I love how easy it is to use and clean the machine. I also like the fact that I can use ESE pods.

Fantastic Espresso Coffee Machine! My only complaint is that the all of the filters fall out when emptying the portafilter regardless of the position the filter holder is turned to. This is such an easy machine to operate!

Great brew selection, lite airy froth for lattes, have only used with ESE pods so far. This is the replacement. The first one had a defective sensor that detects if the milk container is installed or not. Any brew requiring milk was a crap shoot. Sometimes worked, other times shut down. Amazon replaced without issue, shipping replacement even before I returned the original. This espresso machine produces lattes much better tasting than my MrCoffee One Touch and has more brew selections like an Americano using separate hot water dispenser. LED water temperature display is a nice touch and machine body is mostly shiny stainless and chrome. Time will tell if is durable but initial impression is it’s very good. My MrCoffee was three years old and still no replacement parts available from manufacturer.

This espresso machine is horrible. If I could give negative stars I would. It worked properly for maybe one day but it’s always had such an awful medal taste. No matter how much I try to clean the machine and flush that taste out it does not go away. Regardless how much coffee you use there are always grains in my coffee. The frother does not work properly. I’ve read the manual and nothing seems to fix the problems. I strongly recommend to not buy this espresso machine even if it is on sale. Waste of money. My old one that was less than $100 worked way better than this one and never disappointed.

I haven't mastered it yet. I've had it for a couple of months but I just barely started using it. So I guess I could say it works good it's also very well made. Even though I haven't used it that much I truly feel like purchased the right one

I’ve only made 1 cup so far but I’m loving it. It’s a nice touch that you included an owner’s manual rather than requiring me to download one. The initial set up took a fraction of the time I expected. It provided good foam and, by filling the reservoir with water afterwards, I was able to clean the frother quickly and easily. This is a far superior product to the $500 Philips model that I bought and promptly returned.
