This is a handy adapter to allow peripheral device access to a USB-C or Lightning based product. I found some legacy earbuds won't work with this adapter, though. For example, I have a set having old-style iPod volume and control buttons that didn't play (no sound), although another set of legacy earbuds without those features worked fine (both have legacy 3mm round plugs). Oh well, at least one works. The ability to charge the source device while using it is useful and works well, the adapter gets mildly warm, but not hot to the touch or a problem.

As expected works great with different storage devices. Great portability and versatility.

This is a great adapter with pretty much every connector needed to navigate different devices from iPads to iPhones with different connectors for each. It takes different types of memory cards from USB sticks to SD cards and they all work fine. If you use a lot of SD cards in particular then this is a great and handy device to have.

Love this because I can use it on PC/Laptop through USB-A, on iPhone or old iPad through lightning connector or on iPad pro/laptop through USB-C.All inputs/connections work well and seems as well put together as any other device of this nature that I currently have.Overall quite excellent!

This arrived in a 46g polythene wrapped box of dimensions 17.5cm x 8.5cm x 12.5mm. The actual card reader weighs just 24g and has dimensions 6.5cm wide x 2.2cm x 15cm long (including cables). It does what it says on the box. The front end takes standard large format USB-C cables (though the fit is not good - does not go all the way in), SD cards and micro-SD cards - I tested these out. Was unable to test the lightning connector as I do not have one of these. The rear end splits out standard large format USB-C, micro-USB-C and lightning. I found the micro-USB was a good fit into my laptop but the standard large format USB was flaky. If you knocked the adapter you would lose connectivity - so you have to keep the adapter very still when you are copying data. I will definitely be using this but with caution so as not to knock it.

This card reader is really handy that you can connect anything and read from just about anything. I plugged it to my iPhone, used a USB stick in it and was able to access the contents via the 'Files' app instantly.I have used a MicroSD card with photos and videos on it and that was easily viewed. It dose have 3 cables sticking out of it, so little on the large size but still very portable
