Magic kit, very nice attractive kit
My mother purchased this for me and I ended up giving it to her, she really like it. She's gone through several sets of batteries as she likes to leave the lights on.It's has good quality materials, easy to pop out and put together. A little more complicated but has some nice touches. The curved wood in the corner, the upper stairs are unique and there is a hidden room under the stairs. The book case swings back and forth to open the hidden room up.Get this one, it's fun.

So cute!!!
Honestly haven’t even opened it yet and I love it, bought as gift for a book lover and can’t wait to see the reaction ❤️

Direction a little confusing
These are great model kits and the design is very clever. A fun project. The only issue is that the directions can at times be a little confusing. I would recommend looking through the entire book before starting and if confused look to the next pages to help clarify.

Really enjoyable
The detail and subject was really nice. Excellent workmanship. Took about a week to finish. Only issue-the instructions need to be revisited. Miss marked parts, not noted correctly etc. I have done a few of these you learn to take your time be patient. Usually end result works out.

So fun and easy for your first one!
I absolutely loved doing this house. My 12 year old daughter and I put it together. There were some issues with the instructions not matching up but there are corrected versions in the description so it’s really not that big of a deal. I was able to figure it out easy enough. The one thing a lot of people seem to have a problem with is the light sensor. The thing that was not working for me is I was trying to use rechargeable batteries. No matter how much I charged them the sensor would not work correctly. I bought some regular AA and it worked perfectly. I will definitely be buying more.
