A valuable tool.
This arrived promptly, and has served me well in working together with some of the bios settings of a machine declared obsolete by Microsoft's end to support for Windows 7 (which is fair enough, with time, just frustrating when the machine had been working very well for a decade.Having moved on to a new machine, I had left this PC alone for a year; between its own support system and these two discs I was able to mend the faults in the boot set-up, reload the machine, and have it ready to pass on to someone who will doubtless install a modern set of software.[Don't forget to use a 'scrub'/'wipe' software, readily available online, to obscure your data as much as possible if you are passing your old machine over to strangers.]A sound purchase, thank you.

Windows repair disc
Through no fault of the sellers, I ordered the wrong disc, thinking my laptop was runnin on windows 7 (It is currently died and will not boot up hence the repair disc), but it is actually running on windows 8.1. When I got in touch with the seller to see if I could return the disc, I had an almost immediate response to say that would be ok. Unfortunately this was just as lockdown 3.0 started and our local post office is never open when I am not working so havent had chance to send back. But the customer service is excellent

Should Have Done This Years Ago
I have an old Lenovo using Windows 7 which I bought second hand and use for my household stuff. It was taking too long to boot up, and when it stopped recognising the network printer it was time to act. The total time to save all my files and reinstall Windows 7 was about 30 minutes and it works like new. There were some bits of bloatware that I've removed, but you get Opera browser and a month's free trial of Avast Antivirus. Very straightforward and highly recommended.

Brilliant
A very handy pack of drivers, excellent customer service, I highly recommend this seller, although the drivers didn’t do what I needed there are lots of drivers, just beware of bios drives and graphics ones as these can be tricky, however the seller was amazing when I discussed this with them, this companies service is an example to others 10/10 for service thank you I will definitely buy from you again

Very good
Having tried the windows 10 upgrade , and decided not to keep it. i tried to revert back to my previous product of windows 7. Sadly due to changes made to my pc by the initial change to windows 10 windows 7 would no longer work and my pc was left with an inoperative operating system.This product allowed me to not only revert back to windows 7 but allowed me to make a clean install of the operating system.With so many pc makers today not even offering reinstall disc's with their product , this product is invaluable. Easy to use and does as says.There are two disc's in the set , first offering windows and the second offering a wide and varied amount of drivers which help you get your pc started up and running so you can get online to complete any missing files and programs from the pc supplier.Please note : You will need your own windows product key

Software program
It wouldn’t work on my wife’s Sony vio but it worked on my granddaughter’s cheap curry’s E Machine so I don’t know if I did something wrong when trying to put it on my wife’s laptop we are all sorted now and I would recommend this product for the price

Was very dubious of the claims and readiing reviews was still not certain it would repair my desktop as user account was corrupted but it did and as I had put the upgrade to windos 10 on a usb drive did an upgrade to windows 10 as soon as Windows 7 was re installed and driver disk used. I think for price it was well worth it otherwizse my alternative was buy Windows 10 or get another copy of Windows 7. and upgrade. but this disk worked fine and would definitely recommend. As an afterthought make sure you have the correct product key for your legitimate copy of windows mine was a rebuilt computer and luckily I had transferred my product key sticker from original machine as I don't know how to find product key otherwise

This is brilliant providing you have your product key. I could not upgrade to Windows 10 no matter how hard I tried. However, after using this product to re-install Windows 7 it got rid of all those rubbish additional applications you get with a new PC and then I was able to install all the Windows updates. After that the Windows 10 update icon appeared in my tray and I updated without a problem. First Class product and very cheap in my opinion. Thank you Zega
