Great recipes.
Fitness and nutrition are definitely very important to me, we all know that a healthy body is made in the kitchen! This book piqued my interest when I was browsing the recipes, the breakfasts, smoothies, and mains are all delicious. I haven't quite made all of them, but I'm working through the list. The recipes are quick and efficient, exactly what a working mum needs. There is a large plant based section which is also great. I really enjoyed the vegetarian taco bowl and the spicy black beans. I’d have liked if there was a dessert section as I have a big sweet tooth but the smoothies really hit that spot. Would highly recommend!

Don't bother
Don't waste your money. It's a book full of recipes that are basically the main dish without the veg or carbs. I know how to cook some chicken or steak thanks! No photos either. It's really not worth the money.

Eating a high protein low car b diet has been made easy
This is a fantastic book, I have always tried to eat a high-protein diet but lacked the inspiration to make anything exciting. The more than 100 recipes offer a wide variety of different choices from smoothies to excellent meat dishes and even a vast array of vegetarian dishes. The 28-day meal plan is also beneficial and makes structuring food planning and diet that much easier. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to make the shift from high carbs to high protein. This is the best book that I have found on the subject thus far.

Tasty, simple, low carb recipes
I've been looking at low carb diets, so was really pleased to find this cookbook. There are more than 100 recipes, with recipes for smoothies, breakfast, poultry, fish & seafood, salads, soups, and plant based high protein foods.I particularly like the 28 day meal planner, and the plant protein recipes, particularly because finding high protein plants can be difficult.The recipes themselves are really good and simple to use, and don't require a lot of fancy ingredients. I love the salmon and asparagus - one of my favourite food combinations. I'm looking forward to trying the rosemary beef tenderloin, and the beef wellington.I would have liked to see pictures of some of the dishes though, but all in all, this is a great cookbook.

Fun creative and varied ideas
Really solid recipe book. Decent number of options with perfect length and easy to consume instructions which is perfect for someone who just wants to open the book and have easy access to fresh ideas to help me vary up my cooking. Would highly recommend for anyone that is looking for exactly what it says on the tin, high protein and low carb recipes, perfect for getting into shape again! Often cookbooks get lost in the need for lengthy anecdotes which is fine, but preferring something to the point, and concise this option is definitely worth exploring whether you want to find some new diet staples or a fun new recipe to try out.
