1st i would like to say that i own several types and styles ranging from the plastic kind to the more expensive brands. This is my 1st with a front zipper and that makes me the happiest. This is a thinner material than the more expensive brands and a little stretchy. It helps because i have wide chest and shoulders and a what i call my GH gut just not as solid. It goes on easy but when its all the way zipped, it feels form fitting. The problem i have with all the other sauna shirts and vest is that they are not as flexible and you have to pull them over your head. the side zipper helps a little but you can pop a shoulder trying to take it off when you finished your workouts. That alone make me want to only use this from now on. I can also wear this under a normal shirt at the gym, so i dont look as bloated when i wear the other kinds and i dont need to wear a hoodie to hide the fat im in the gym with a "fatboy" suit.My only con so far (since i only had it a week)..the arm pit hole can be slightly bigger for me as it sometimes rubs into my armpit with an annoying feeling but going up a size will be too big of a vest and will defeat the purpose.

I’m a girl ,5ft7in,145lb and gain weight in my midsection. I wear a baggy T-shirt over the Small vest and it hides the vest decently. Even without a workout it heats up my midsection great - so much so that I’ll probably start buying sauna material clothing for skiing/ cold climates . After 20min on the elliptical at “climbing” the vest is drenched (and the Tshirt only with armpit sweat)! Amazing product to get rid of bloat and make a short workout feel incredibly productive and effective! If I had more stamina I’m sure it could go another 20min retaining even more sweat. Also, I have very sensitive skin so I was afraid it would maybe cause a rash (which terrified me) but 4 days of wearing and nothing - phew! Just 2 important warnings about the Zipper: the Small fits a little bit loose on me and if I wear it too long (1 hour or longer) the zipper creates an indentation/marking on my stomach - it eventually goes away but a zipperless vest wouldn’t do this. Also I would be hesitant to wear delicate or form fitting shirts over the vest because of the zipper. Functionality wise the zipper is good quality zipping up/down but just a heads up.

This vest was purchased to wear when using the treadmill at the office fitness center to help with increasing my body temperature and it doors that tremendously well. After use I have been Hand washing then hang dry. The vest material reminds me of my old swimming wetsuit. I could wear this before the gym in the morning at work since it does not show under my clothes! The size works for me nice since have a small volleyball sized gut that I am trying to lose. wasn't sure about the sizing from the chart. I am 5’6 tall 190 weight with a 34 inch waist. I wear X-Large in most shirts, but indeed Large fits snug as it should. They thought it may be a little short but this vest comes down to my waist with a little length.

I am 6' and 250lbs. Most of my fat located in the chest and belly regions. I bought the XXL size. It fit great, I have to suck in the gut to close the zipper but once it is on, the vest is comfortable and I cannot even tell I am wearing it. A few years ago I used one of those belts that only cover the belly area and it was uncomfortable because it kept moving and once it got too wet it felt heavy. This vest is comfortable, can barely feel the extra weight, I have not noticed any strong smell (maybe because I wear a tshirt over it or I am just used to my stink), easy to clean and it drys fairly fast. I am thinking about buying a second one or I might just wait until I can fit into an XL. I think the price is good. I think it will be a great investment if I can get enough use out of it to go down one size.

I wear this during my workouts and even though I sweat, with this vest, I sweat even more. I normally see sweat marks in the underarms, but when I wear this vest, it's everywhere. It does run true to size but did order a size up because of my belly. Is a little tight when you first put it on but understand that it needs to be snug. Even when I wear this around the house while cleaning or just walking the dogs, I sweat a lot more than usual. I have been using this for almost 2 weeks now and did lose an inch. Even though it's only an inch, I'm very happy with those results. I do put this in the washer but opt to hang dry it.

Trying to prepare for a wedding I’m part of in a couple of months, the old fashion wrap my self up in plastic wrap method hasn’t been working so I figured I’d try something new! I ordered the large the be safe ( figured I could just add more clothing)in my opinion it runs a little big for woman and a little small for menSo far so good, it does the job, well made zipper! Happy with my purchase

The size of the vest fits my body exactly. I purchased medium, which is the size of what I usually buy for T-shirts. I tried it on first before washing it, and then washed it in cold water with laundry detergent, the product did not shrink.There is a new product smell when it first came, after running it in the laundry, the smell is now gone. The materials of the product is similar to scuba diving suits and it really does make you sweat when you wear it during the day or at the gym. I wore mine to the gym and after an hour of workout, I was completely drenched. Would recommend this for people looking to slim down or shed a few pounds before summer
