It's a very nice phone with many features that you would enjoy with any smart phone. However, there are many features that don't turn on automatically like one would be accustomed to with a more expensive smartphone. Your cellular internet might be one of them. I have Mint Mobile on the T-mobile network. When I installed my sim card, I could only receive and make calls and text messages. My 5G data did not work. I had to figure it out by playing with my phone. So to get your cellular provider's internet working I had to do this. Go to Settings>Network & Internet>SIMs>Access Point Names (at the bottom)>T-Mobile-net (internet2.voicestream.com). Give it a moment to work. You might have to choose a different one, but I didn't. My cellular 5G worked after that. I can use my home internet and wi-fi while out and about. I cannot use the wifi at work. Apparently this phone doesn't support the security protocol for my employer's wi-fi. They use a WPA2 PAK. Still trying to find a solution for that. But I hope this helps! This is a great phone, but you might have to put more work and knowledge into its use. Also, I purchased this phone on another website.

You can only make out going calls using Wi Fi. It will not use your network at all. Incoming calls go Stright to voicemail and you can't answer them at all. Most of the apps will not work at all.
