Couldn't view the book beforehand, was hoping more of staple ingredients & more types of food to be pickled,I've now seen more info on line.

For such a small book this is a great. It has some of the history, easy to follow recipes, lots of picture's, nice snippets of information. So give it a go, you have nothing to lose.

The description says 25 recipes, but the title says 12. I should have read the title before purchasing. It is very small and not worth the $8.95. It is more like a big pamphlet. My fault for not looking more closely.
