Got these to help with milk production.I enjoy the fact that they are vegan!!!!The capsules come in a handy sleeve and pop out easily.Great for noon that needs a boost in her milk supply.

I have been taking supplements for about 5 days now and I think they do work. I normally do have to pump and feed my baby but I feel a bit fuller when I have to pump, if that makes sense.

I was excited to try BHK's Breastfeeding Supplement, hoping it would help increase my milk supply and provide my baby with a stronger immune system. Unfortunately, after using the product for a while, I didn't see any noticeable difference in my milk supply. Here's my review:Initial Expectations:I was drawn to this product because of its natural ingredients and vegan-friendly formula. As a breastfeeding mom, I'm always looking for ways to support my milk supply and ensure my baby is getting the nutrients they need.Disappointing Results:Despite taking the supplement as directed, I didn't notice any increase in my milk supply. I was expecting to see a boost in my production, but unfortunately, that didn't happen. I was disappointed, as I had high hopes for this product.No Noticeable Difference:I didn't see any difference in my baby's behavior or health either. They seemed to be doing just fine, but I didn't notice any improvements in their immune system or overall health.Vegan and Natural Ingredients:One thing I did appreciate about this product was its vegan and natural ingredients. As someone who tries to live a healthy and sustainable lifestyle, it's great to see companies creating products that align with those values.Price Point:The price point was reasonable, but considering the product didn't deliver on its promises, I wouldn't say it was worth the investment.Overall:I wanted to love this product, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. If you're looking for a breastfeeding supplement that actually works, I'd recommend exploring other options. However, if you're looking for a vegan and natural product, this might be worth considering – just don't expect miracles

Ever since I started taking these, it seems like I have been producing more milk, and I have not increased my water intake either. That was my test to see if anything changed and increased without my drinking any more water, and it seems that it did because my baby has started nursing longer, and I feel like my breasts are more full again. So I am definitely seeing some improvement in production so far. Going to continue using it. I am just short of 11 months post partum as well and I think if I had started this right away I would probably have had more milk right from the get go.

The package literally has a label in English stuck over the box which is all in Mandarin, I think. The expiration date appears good. The ingredients appear good. None of them are claimed to be organic. Clearly not sourced in the USA. No third party testing is evident. Probably comparable to random supplements that can be ordered online. For the money, it's very overpriced to not know what you're getting.

I'm not sure if it's this supplement or not but since I've been using them, my milk supply has at least continued to keep up. I was having issues with my supply dipping so the extra nutrients from the supplements seem to be helping along with extra hydration.

I have tried 6 or 7 different supplements for my milk supply. These pills smell nice like a fresh tea. I love that they also have B12 and iron in them which helps give a little boost. The best thing to increase supply for me is over hydration but even that doesn't always get me to produce enough. I have noticed an increase but can't 100% say if it's the supplement or not. It is good that it is in a pill form to make it convenient to take regularly. They have good customer service as well since they reached out to me over another one of their products I tried.
