The battery only lasted an hour when charged and now wont even hold any charge at all and where can i get a replacement from them ?

BUYERS BEWARE! DOES NOT WORK IN DELL XPS L702X
The media could not be loaded. Plugged this into my Dell XPS L702X after it arrived, clearly a fake battery but who cares if it works. Problem is this one doesn’t work. The laptop battery indicator flashes an error code when the battery is inserted and it doesn’t charge.Sent back for a refund, L702X owners don’t waste your time. Attached a video of the fault.

good battery. it used to last 2 hours, now it lasts 40 minutes. i have the beep at boot time that inform me that the battery is not right for the laptop.
