HOMTOYOU Automatic Soap Dispenser, 280ML Soap Dispenser [Energy Class A++]

This looked more plasticky than I was expecting but as it was cheaper than other similar products I was prepared to put up with that. However, after a few days it stopped working. On investigation found that soap was leaking from the dispenser into the battery compartment which had corroded the contacts and damaged the batteries. In the process of returning product for a refund. Won't re - order.

Looks lovely and importantly works perfectly first time and every time. I loved it so much that I bought one from Wimaha as well but sadly that one was noisy and did not dispense the soap at all even though the infrared light showed as working - soooo I went and bought another HOMTOYOU - hopefully I will be equally satisfied when I receive it!

Only started using it a few weeks ago and it’s a brilliant product apart from the fact that the batteries keep dying every week. I put in brand new Duracell batteries and switch the soap dispenser off at night so it’s on only during the day and it still does so quickly. I can’t even return it as it was a gift that I bought early and only just started using it. Not sure if I recommend. Batteries is the only downside but it is a big downside.

Battery lasts about a week, only Duracell any good in it, rechargeable won’t work in it at all.don’t waste your money

The instructions on the box state there is a volume control for the amount of soap it dispenses, this is not true. There is no volume control. Instead you have to remove your hand after 2 seconds otherwise it will keep dispensing for 4 seconds wasting a huge amount of soap. This would not be a problem except as you remove your hand it dribbles the remaining 2 seconds of soap all over the kitchen counter. Do not buy!

My first soap dispenser, it slim and quite small and look good. Do what it say in the box.You can adjust the amount of soap come out. But do think the soap come out a little bit much.Still a nice soap dispenser.

The media could not be loaded.  This is the size of a can of beer! I now only turn it on when I need to use it because the sensor is very sensitive and if you move it you will get hand wash on your hand lol. Batteries are NOT included

Unless I was very unlucky I had two of these (one was a replacement) and both were rubbish. Lots of beeping and not much dispensing and yes, I used brand new batteries. Also, quite a lot of these positive reviews seem a bit fishy to me, even though some of them are verified purchases. Avoid.
