As expected from Russell Hobbs this cake tin is absolutely brilliant. It has a strong mottled coating which is super stick proof. Cheese cake does not stick which I've struggled with on the past. I really like the strong clasp on the side which holds together bakes well and when cooled opens with enough room to remove outer sleeve. The drip tray is super helpful and stops any messy spills that may happen during a cook.After washing by hand it cleaned up very well and looks like new again.

I've made it my mission to collect more of these Nightfall Stone designed cooking utensils, I have three so far! The dark blue / dotted effect looks superb, much nicer than the usual black or cream colour that is very commonly found in my opinion.The latched / springform design allows me to easily remove the top without damaging baked cakes, which are often very fragile and easily damaged when I do the same with my current cake tin.It's non stick all over, so not only is it easy to clean, but cakes easily slide off the tray. Perfect!

I like this cake tin as the springform top makes it really easy to remove your cake or bake once cooked. It cooks cakes (apple and pear in my case) evenly in the tin and, after allowing a short time for cooling, the springform made it easy to remove your cake without breakage.It washes easily by hand and looks like it will last for years.
