USE:This brow pencil has an eyebrow brush on the cap, so that when you put the cap on the other end, the pencil is exposed. The product twists up as much or as little as you’d like, and can twist back down again, although when new, a small amount does protrude from the end and cannot be twisted down farther.COLOR:I would describe the color of this brow pencil as a neutral, slightly desaturated, darker shade of brown. I think of mahogany as a reddish type of brown, but this color didn’t seem have much of a red tone. I’m not sure that mahogany is the best description of the actual color of the brow pencil, however the color represented for mahogany in the product photo is pretty accurate. I have naturally dark brown eyebrows with lighter hairs here and there. My hair has hints of red, so that’s one why I chose this color - just in case the color happened to deviate from the product photo representation. I’m glad that it actually doesn’t have a hint of red because my eyebrows don’t have any hints of red whatsoever, and I wouldn’t want that color. So, it worked out great!APPLICATION AND REMOVAL:The product goes on smoothly and helped fill in the lighter areas of my eyebrows, and also helped define them. The tip is fine, but it doesn’t draw the finest lines. I could draw some hairs, but they were a bit thicker than my natural brow hairs. I tried to smudge the marks I made with my finger and they didn’t smudge at all. I couldn’t even wipe the color off, and it didn’t transfer to my finger. I tested some on my hand and tried to wash it off with soap, but it did not come off. It did come off fairly easily with make-up remover. I did not have any skin reactions to it.THE GOOD:- Not tested on animals/Cruelty free- Vegan- Smudge-proof (but may smudge on different skin types)- Stayed on for a long time- Natural colorTHE BAD (or not so bad):- Color name (mahogany) could be deceiving to some because there is no hint of red (but the color represented on the product page is accurate- Not super or ultra fine, but still fineFINAL THOUGHTS:I feel good knowing that this brow pencil is made with a conscious, in respect to both animals and humans. I think the colors may look different on different skin tones, and with different colored natural brow hairs. The pencil goes on smoothly. It didn’t smudge for me, but I have slightly dry skin and I don’t sweat much, so I can’t comment on the sweat factor. It doesn’t make the finest of lines, but it does work well to fill in and define eyebrows. I’m happy with it. I think it’s a good brow pencil.

Only had for a little over a month and it’s gone. I don’t wear much makeup either, so it definitely doesn’t last long

This is a great eyebrow pencil but I will say, it’s much thinner than most, so I would think this would be best for people who already have pretty thick eyebrows and just need a basic touch up. If you have sparse eyebrows and need a lot to fill in I would think a thicker pencil would be better, but for people who just need to fill in a little this might be perfect for!

I like this brow pen pretty well, but I've never been particularly impressed by one pen to another. This one is a thin retractable crayon like pen and has a nice variety of shades of brown so you can find your perfect fit. The price is reasonable for what you get.

I have very fine hair and eyebrows and this helps me fill in sometimes. I have microblading done so I have some basic shape but very sparse hairs. This is easy to use to help me fill in a little on the ends to get a more finished look. If you have a lot of filling in to do it might not be thick enough. It applies easily and washes off well with make up remover. It's priced a little higher than my normal brand but seems to be lasting a while.

I thought this brow pencil works okay, but it isn't my favorite. The brand I typically use has a very fine point to make fine lines that look very realistic. This one is a bit thicker, and the lines aren't as fine. Unfortunately, it doesn't give that realistic look that I'm used to from the other brand of brow pencil I use daily. The color looked exactly as pictured. I appreciate that this product is both cruelty free and vegan friendly.
