Casual CaninePrison Pooch Costume for Dogs, 16" Medium, Black and White

I had read reviews and took multiple measurements. I ordered a size larger than I thought I would need and it barely fits. It's super tight in the shoulders. My dog weighs 53 lbs and the chart for the XL says it fits German Shepherds, who average about 75 lbs. Otherwise it's a nice costume. Unfortunately they could not ship a XXL before Halloween, so I'm squeezing my girls into these.

The advertising size was to big.

My dog bit someone and was put on “quarantine”…as a joke we got him a prison outfit that he wore for the 10 days that he was on house arrest lol

My Labradoodle loved it! The only issue was that the hat did not stay on- it kept falling off. It was such a cute costume!

My dog hates stuff on his head. So the hat wasn't the end of the world, but it would've been nice for pictures had it been printed correctly. He's a lab, viszla, golden retriever mix and 82lbs. The xxl was still very snug around his neck/chest area. We needed this for a dog walking event, so I appreciate that this still makes it easy to use a collar and leash.

Very cute on my French Bulldog, soo cute,looser fitting from the shoulders back, so if it is cold out, a sweater would fit underneath, word to the wise regarding measurements,my dog weighs 25 lbs., and his measurements are: 13 inches long, width of chest (as if you are looking from the front of the dog),is 7 inches, and the measurement around his chest is 22 1/2, I had to order the large and hem the length up several inches shorter, because a medium would fit length wise, but would be way too tight across the chest area,also, there isn't a hole to put the leash through if you use a harness, but if you use a regular collar it's fine(I cut a hole in the top so I could use the harness, hat stays on really well with elastic straps (also there are holes in the straps for the ears to fit through),you could starch the hat if you didn't want it to smash down at all.I really like this costume because it's something that they will keep on and it's pretty comfortable.

I ordered the Prison Pooch costume for my puppy in a size Medium, but what I received, even though tag showed medium, was definitely a small. I measured my puppy and made sure to order the correct size, and a medium per the sizing chart should be 16 inches long and 22 inches around the chest. As you can see from the picture, the costume i received was only 12 inches long, and it was 16 inches for the chest. Super cute costume, but way too small for my puppy. You could tell it was too tight when she tried to walk, and it'll be almost a month before she wears it so I'm sure she'll grow some more before then. Also, back of costume showed the word "Prisoner" instead of what is shown in the product description, but that wasnt a huge deal.Update: Seller at the time was a company in China (TOMSENN GROUP) and when I contacted them about the wrong size they responded right away with a resolution. I then ordered again and new costume was shipped from the USA (PICCARDMEDS4PETS).. I will say costume was not the same quality as the original and the hat was way too big. Luckily I still have the old hat I can use as it fit so much better. Medium fit great though and overall I'l happy with the purchase

Perfect for our little pug. Taped over the printing on the jacket and he was Pugsley for the party. Did fade a bit in the wash but not an issue.
