Terrible quality, returned before it was even set up

Netting sides coming away at the seam when putting up, also poor quality seams in other places and unable to tie at corners due to falling apart

I purchased the canopy for family summer camping and for my kids softball tournament. The attached netting is extremely useful and that's one of the reasons why we purchased this product. It made a huge difference in the summer night to keep bugs away. It worked so well that people from the nearby campsite asked us where we bought the canopy. It also held up well in rainy days. Set up is pretty easy, too. We did have issue with the frame broken when we tried to close it but it's probably due to the human error as we were hurry to leave. Martina from the customer service is super useful and answer our request super fast. She followed up on the process of sending out the replacement parts and make sure we were satisfied with the product. There are many similar canopy sellers out there but I can say Quictent's customer service is unbeatable. Will definitely recommend their products to our friends.

This was a great buy. The corner of the top of the tent ripped after a month and I contacted them and they shipped me a replacement with ease and followed up with me. Great customer service from Jeanne at Quictent.

I recommend this: bad challenges with yellow jackets and flies, so dining outside (in an RV resort) was non-existent till this arrived. Now we can have all meals outdoors, as we'd hoped all along. This 10'x10' is the perfect size to fit over a picnic table and have ample space to walk around.The only drawback: it took 4 of us (intelligent adults) to decipher the instructions and actually put it together: it's not a 1- or 2-person job unless you have at least 30+ minutes and a lot of patience.

Really nice and strong

This is my second purchase of this tent. The first one lasted four years and worked great in wind and rain. However, this new tent tore apart at the corners within days. Shoddy stitching allowed the corners to come apart and the tie down loops to rip right out. Customer service says they don’t guarantee their product against weather. What?!
