I bought this for my wife and was pleasantly surprised that it actually worked, it works on the principle that the air leaving your lungs will always take the path of least resistance, although this will not always guarantee that one will not snore ( if the mouth is open wide it will still be the path of least resistance) what this item will do is highly increase the chance that the nostrils will be the path of least resistance, and as it is impossible to snore through your nose the results is silence, simple but very effective, it works for my wife and me also she tell me that she finds it comfortable, knowing how frustrating it can be having someone next to you snoring, I hope it work for you and yours, very cheap for a comfortable night of undisturbed sleep.

These have helped my husband breath so much better, great size and Brilliant product. He felt the difference immediately, only problem is he loses them at night.

Nice feel to the product, comfortable to wear. They open the nasal passages well. I use them when cycling. I did find they slipped down a bit when cycling, but that’s maybe due to the size I bought.

As other reviewers have commented, they didn't work for me, in terms of reducing my snoring. However, when you read the pack carefully, I don't think it even mentions snoring. Mostly it refers to the benefits of keeping the nostrils open while you sleep. On that basis, I guess it works, but it makes no difference to my own snoring.

Bit pricey for what they are but does the job great.I Don't snore but it opens nasal passage and allows for a better nights sleep. Will order more!

Work very well however, I use them all day as I have collapsed nasal valves and they hurt after a while so I use them for sleep only OR if I'm have a bed breathing day.

I gave this a fair chance but it creates as many problems as it solves. You have to get the size fitting spot on otherwise it will fall out of your nose. In fact, it will fall out regardless of the fitting. It kinda works in terms of offering breathability but it is unsightly and can feel uncomfortable at times. Then you have to decide whether to keep it on all night. Didn't do it for me.

Ich habe den Nasendilator für meinen Mann gekauft und hatte die Befürchtung, dass er unangenehm beim Schlafen sein könnte. Dies hat sich Gott sei Dank nicht bestätigt. Er findet ihn angenehm zu tragen und er bekommt nun auch durch die Nase wieder Luft. Sein Schnarchen hat erheblich nachgelassen und damit bekommen wir beide wieder genügend Schlaf.Ich würde den Nasendilator wieder kaufen.

Soyons clair : le produit permet t il de ne pas ronfler ? Réponse Non ! Il permet seulement de dilater les narines. Ce qui amène une grande quantité d'air supplémentaire. On dort mieux. Perso je m'en sert depuis plusieurs années. J'ai le nez qui se bouche chaque nuit et cela me permet de respirer beaucoup mieux. Est il facile à mettre ? oui, je le mets en 2s. Tombe t il la nuit ? jamais. Dure t il longtemps ? je le change tous les 3 mois comme c'est précisé. De toute façon il a tendance à jaunir et à devenir mou au bout de 3 mois. Son Défaut ? Je n'ai toujours pas la preuve que c'est en plastique médical. De tous les dilatateurs nasaux que j'ai utilisé c'est le meilleur.
