Great quality a little big for the Fifine K688 but I just cut it and it was fine. I did have to secure the bottom of it though because it will slip off if I don't.

I ordered this to replace the gray windscreen on my Fifine K688 mic. Nothing wrong with the Fifine product, but I prefer a black windscreen for the look on-camera. A black factory replacement windscreen from Fifine was available, but would have taken up to 90 days(!) to arrive- a no go, for me.When it arrived on a Friday afternoon, it was vacuumed-packed flat in a sealed bag. I opened it up and slipped it onto the mic. It looked and felt thin, had a crease along both edges, and appeared to be about a 1/4" too short. I was resigned to return it, but I left it on over the weekend as life kept me otherwise occupied. On Monday, I walked into my office and saw the entire windscreen had expanded in size in all directions, the crease had greatly diminished (~50%?) and it even looked a bit longer, although at this point, it was still a bit too short for my liking. But, I decided to give it a few more days to see if there was any improvement.Now, about 10 days after I unpacked it, I believe it's as big as it's ever gonna get. The crease is about 95% gone (and not visible on camera), it's just long enough to make me happy and it seems to do the job as a windscreen and sorta pop-filter.I deducted one star because I think it could stand being about 1/4" longer after expansion- although it's juuust long enough now, needs thicker foam walls and should have been shipped in a tube or even a flimsy cardboard box to avoid the crush of vacuum packing.I would have happily paid another 50 cents to have these improvements. But, if you're willing to wait 7-10 days for the foam to recover from being flattened, I think you'll be satisfied with this purchase.

This has been super useful and reliable for my content creating. Very good and easy to install. It is very stable too, though I do have it attached to a separate table to the one I use for my mouse & keyboard so I haven't tested how much it would wobble or pick up noise yet if it was attached to the same desk. So far it has been perfect as I been using it for over a year now.

This boom arm broke really fast I have the fifine K688 mic and it’s to heavy for it even the the boom arm says it’s for it, it also keeps falling off my desk.

This was a perfect addition to my teenagers gaming set up. It was very easy to put together and holds his mic perfect.

My son loves the arm for his mic, easy to move your mic out of the way and it comes in white so matches his set.

Like another user mentioned, the arm post where it connects to the desk mount is starting to crack and is about to break. I got some decent use out of it but if you are looking for something with a very wide range of motion where you'll be moving it often you might want to look elsewhere.

I think I got this when it was like 17 bucks. its great, it is easy to adjust with two knobs that control how stiff the arm can be at the point where the mic mounts or a shock mount does, and one in the center of the arm mechanism. They both hold really well, and move slightly when locked but when moving it doesn't loosen up the grip of the knobs.i have it attached to glass desk right now and theres no cracks or breaking, most important is that the stand doesnt sway. it stays in place, like theres movement when its bumped but it doesn't easily move out of position when accidentally ran into or what have you. Only 4 stars cause the mount for your mic can only be up or down, you can't mount your mic in a way that would allow you to place it in a optimal spot around your rig, but its a small inconvenience. even knowing that now id still have purchased it.
