Actually works!
Easy to assemble and to put on the trimmer. Tried it out first on switch grass and then on raspberry cane. It worked on both with no damage to the trimmer. It is amazing how aggressive the trimmer is with the blades installed.

Easy to install
This was very easy to put togather and clip into my edger. Only wish the blades were more durable. seem to loose the edge quickly.

Works great on my Ryobi 18v string trimmer
My wife would get frustrated when the trimmer string would break or not feed on the ryobi cordless. I ordered this even though some reviews were not good . When you assemble the blades on the housing note that the nuts are aircraft type you shouldn’t over tighten they have a lock on design. If you over tighten I suspect that will lead to cracking and breakage. Tighten the nuts so the cutting blades are still free to swing ! So far ours cuts through thick thistles and weeds without issues.

Don’t buy - head shatters quickly without cause.
I’ve bought 2 of these in the past month with high hopes and neither head lasted 30 minutes before shattering, rendering it junk. Both times trimming grass (but not edging or contacting anything solid). Works fine for the intended purpose but not for long. I can’t even imagine how some reviewers got it to last long enough to wear through any blades - I now have plenty of useless spares to go with 2 broken, unrepairable heads.

Works, but not for long
My husband says that these were easy to install on the Ryobi, but they got chewed up quickly when he started using them. Worked well - but we didn't get much mileage out of them.

Good and Bad
Good: For basic running it did well. The plastic blades held up well against some fairly rough weeds.Bad: when I went to remove it to use the standard string it was VERY difficult to remove.Something to keep in mind.

Ok but not very tough
The blades work great, but the housing itself is plastic and will easily break if it comes in contact with anything.

This is a great product
This is a great product, it fitted first try and the design is very well done. I used it for a month now not heavy duty but a lot and I'm still on the same blades, be ware not to over heat the machine it cuts so well you will.
