Helps my Elderly Mother get up and down in certain applications.

Limited Usefullness
Arrived in a box that appeared to have been previously opened. Small plastic pieces loose in box from somewhere inside the device. Works moderately well if placed on a rigid upright chair with arm rests (like a dining room chair) but did not work well on a soft cushioned chair.

Worked well. Had to return when PT went to center

Unstable and loud.
Sounds like it's going to break every time I raise or lower it. And it's narrow enough to be very unstable on top of a padded chair. Might work if it was used on a wood bench, or chair.
