Buy your actual size! I’m the type of girl that always sizes down because these shape wear often just fit perfectly and provide no hold when I buy my correct size. Not this time, I’m size 16/18 UK 173cm and I always go for medium. I bought the s/m and the l/xl and the way the l/xl held me in I didn’t even bother trying to squeeze into the s/m just gave it away to my younger sister. I love that it holds only where necessary. It doesn’t squeeze my breast down flat like pancake but instead pushes them up. I can breathe, don’t feel like I’m suffocating. It just holds in my waist nice and gives the appearance that I have a bit of shape and a flatter tummy. Also, it wasn’t tight on my lady parts. You can try squeezing in the s/m if you’re my size but I couldn’t be bothered being uncomfortable all day as it was hard enough trying to get into the l/xl. One thing I would say is that I wear 40dd and it’s fairly loose on the chest area however I haven’t adjusted the straps since wearing, so if you have smaller breast I would recommend adjusting the straps as necessary for your desired support. Definitely recommend trying this brand and I will be buying more.

I got this to help with me fitting into a dress due to adding Christmas weight! When I put this on, it really held me in and gave me the hour glass figure so I could wear the dress! The material is comfortable and you can feel it holding you and it didn’t ride up or become uncomfortable after 7 hours of wearing it! Highly recommend!

So this doesn't suck me in as much as I expected. I got the S-M as a UK 10 and I'm a bit underwhelmed with it. It smoothes lines which is nice, but isn't massively "sucky in".The meterial itself is nice though and it's good that it's got adjustable straps.Although we have to talk about the gusset fastening..! Ouch! It's very bulky and rough. Leads to red marks and discomfort...! Fine for short term wear but definitely couldn't be an all day thing or an evening out.Overall fine for the price.

I am normally a size 12. Recently, due menopausal symptoms, I had gained weight and now a size 16. I have not been buying clothes as I am still wishing to be back to a size 12. As December comes and parties are around, I want to look fit and small. I tried this Shapewear Bodysuit Tummy Control. And oh my! I could fit back on my size 12 clothes! Doesn’t work.

This bodysuit is really soft and comfortable – easy to wear all day! It fits well and helps smooth the bumpy bits. A bargain for the price! I did size down for a better fit; I’m around a UK 16 and found the S/M worked best. No complaints, would definitely recommend!
