No. Our equipment that we process our Malt on is not used to process peanuts or tree nuts.

Since this is a food product, the product is refundable, but Amazon's policy is not to accept returns on food items. If you look closer, the return policy statement says the product is eligible for a refund, not a return. If the product arrives damaged or there is some other issue with your order, you can certainly get a refund. Again, this isn't a policy the seller can control in this case since it is an FBA product. Hope that clears it up!

Q: Can this stay stored in fridge to remain fresh?

That would probably cause condensation due to temperature change. Just store in a cool dark place, such as a cabinet. It will stay fresh, as long as the lid is on tight.
