Ironwood Bowery End Grain Cheese and Charcuterie Board, One Size, Acacia Wood

We use it’s decor at work. Could be used as a cutting board but it is rather small. Good quality. The tag that came on it said Acacia wood but as you can see in the photo ironwood is stamped into the wood. I had hoped to get better value for the cost.

Nice board but was expecting it to be a little bigger. Wish it came in different sizes because this one is tiny and won’t fit much.

Was very happy with my purchase

After 1 year of use, one of the top grain cubes split and came unglued from its neighboring cube. At first, I thought that it may have dried and shrunk causing the decoupling, however, it never had the chance to fall into such poor repair. I have been diligent about using proper cutting board soap and refularly oil or condition it. This cutting board has been cared for very well.

I knew what the measurements were but in my brain I guess I had wished it were bigger. Regardless, it is a really beautiful piece. I too was a little weirded out by it arriving bare, with no packaging, but an easily removable sticker on the bottom. My guess is this is an environment thing. Reduce packaging. I like the shape of it, with angled sides that act as handles. It seems durable, but not terribly heavy. I haven’t yet used it so I’m not sure if it will slide around on the table it’s left on. The pattern and color of it are spot on. I’m glad I made the investment.

Nice board; nice size, good weight and attractive wood. Information sticker was VERY difficult to remove, and residue of the adhesive remains - it may have penetrated the wood :(UPDATE: Amazon CSR sent a replacement board the ne t day; the sticker effortlessly peeled off the 2nd board and left no residue.Thanks Jeff!

It is what it says it is. I bought 2. One for me, and then months later, another as part of a gift for friends. And I'll probably be buying more. They're cute yet sturdy. Separately, I got the oil to treat after washing and I haven't had any issues with my board.

Great size and looks really nice! Meats left a grease stain on the wood. That is why it is a 4 star and not 5. So...after washing I used some olive oil on a paper towel and wiped down the whole board. Problem solved!
