I appreciate a company that is willing to take the time to make things right! Would definitely buy from them again!! It is a very cute set once assembled and is very sturdy!!Ordered two sets for our sunroom, It arrived with shipping boxes completely intact, not damaged ,but all 8 arms (both sets, 2 different boxes) we're completely scratched up, the wicker was damaged in others spots from rubbing, and the nuts that were welded in the frames were welded crooked, causing assembly issues.

It all was great and easy to assemble But the table was missing the rubber mount for the glass top. Overall great product

This item does need to be put together, but if fairly straightforward. All pieces were in the package and it took my husband about an hour. Pretty sturdy, so far love the wooden arms on the area that would take most of the ware and tare.

Super easy to put together. It's a cute set. Like that the ottoman slides out. I got couple of outdoor pillows that fit perfectly on the lower shelf of the side table. I use the pillows to top the ottoman when pulled out. The cushions that comes with the chairs are cheap but easily replaced.

Worst item I have put together by far. One of the screws do not line up with the hole no matter what, so I had to just do without. What should have been a relatively simple build, turned into over 2 hours of me trying to put this together because I wanted to really try to make the screw fit but it’s impossible (other screws in addition to this impossible one were pretty hard to get in, but I managed with the others). I believe it will be fine for me, but I’m not sure how vital the screw is for stability so that may be a potential issue for someone bigger. Other than that, it’s cute and seems comfortable enough so we will just have to see how it holds up.

I love the colors of the furniture and they smell very good too!! Easy to put together. Great value and exactly what I was looking for.

I never write reviews even if I don’t like the product but for this one I had to!It broke with very minimal use. Yes, you are paying very less but spend $50 and buy something that will last more than a month!

This set was a very low price and fit our small front porch (covered) area. I'm not sure how durable they might be because the webbing is made of a lightweight material that feels like plastic. The porch area is covered and not exposed to the sun except for a couple of hours per day. I would be reluctant to put these on a deck with full exposure to the weather because I don't think they would hold up well. Putting them together was a pain since you must use an Allen wrench in awkward positions so it was time-consuming. The directions were not clear either as is often the case when products come from other countries. It was difficult enough to the extent that I thought "I'm never buying anything again in the future that must be put together!" Still, they were very low-cost and they fit our location well.
