Works great, super portable, long lasting
I was having issues with my previous 10,000 charger with a bad port and I upgraded to this bad boy. I've gone on multiple week long trips since buying this and so far*fits in my fanny pack / crossbody bag* has an extra port so i can plug in my friends phones* I can do day trips and charge once or twice a day being out and about, not at all worried about running out of juice (the % helps so I just top off my phone whenever I'm low)*When I'm working remotely, I also don't bring my charger around- this thing surprisingly can handle me working for an hour.* the bank itself chargers a lot faster compared to my previous models, probably due to USB-C. It makes downtime a breeze since I don't worry about charging my phone as often. The only iffy complaint I have about it: the built in USB C cable s integrated and feels less durable than other anker/OEM chargers I have so I'm worried about how to replace it if it ever frays. It also doesn't charge multiple devices at a time well, so although you can- keep one devie plugged at a time.It is a little chunky/heavy so I wouldn't recommend it in a smaller/cute purse.Other reviewers have noted the Trickle Charge mode, but it is an annoying feature to troubleshoot - it struggles to charge my airpods or watch. Unless you activate trickle charge, it won't charge low powered devices.

Perfect for Travel, Work, and Everyday Use!
I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for this Anker 20,000mAh Power Bank with Built-In USB-C Cable because it has made my life so much easier. I’m always on the go, whether it’s for work, traveling, or just running around all day, and my phone battery never seems to last as long as I need it to. This power bank has been a lifesaver more times than I can count. The best part? The built-in USB-C cable. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve forgotten to pack a charging cable and ended up scrambling to borrow one or buy a new one. Now, I don’t even have to think about it. The cable is sturdy and well-attached, so I never worry about it breaking. I use it mainly with my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, and it charges super fast—faster than I expected for a power bank! The 20,000mAh capacity is no joke. I’ve been able to get almost four full charges out of it before I have to recharge the power bank itself. This has been a lifesaver on long flights, road trips, and even just busy days when I don’t have time to stop and plug in. It’s a little bigger than some other chargers I’ve used, but honestly, the power it holds is worth it. It still fits easily in my bag, and I’d rather have the extra battery life than a smaller power bank that dies quickly.I’ve been using this for a few months now, and it’s super reliable. The battery indicator lights are helpful, so I always know how much power I have left. Plus, the build quality feels really solid, like it will last me a long time.If you need a dependable, powerful, and convenient charger, I 100% recommend this one. I take it everywhere now and don’t know how I lived without it!

Big. If you are used to a 10K, this is big. But it is great.
I'm used to a 10K Anker with a built-in cable but they don't make it anymore. Since I now have a laptop that can charge with USB-C I got this high-output power bank. This works great for the computer, it works great for my son on a flight (heavy heavy phone user). The weight and bulk I don't like, but for now that's the nature of the beast. The built-in cable is great, and it has 2 other ports (a C and an A) which make this flexible. Having high power output is great (it does a good job charging my OnePlus 9 Pro) and although I got a "like new" that was "obviously used", I'm still happy about it. The display showing the charge level is nice. I wish it would tell me how much power was going out, but if this gets lost, I'll buy a replacement. And it is Anker which has been a favorite of ours for years and years.

Best fast charging power pack I've ever used.
First off for negatives, it's heavy and the dimensions listed are accurate. About double the width but same length as my 2024 smartphone. Now to the good part. The old style usb A output is nice. It charges slower with it but still supports fast charging in AND out. The integrated USB C cord on the other hand supports super fast charging in and out as well. Was able to charge my galaxy s24p from 10% to full in 30 minutes. Very impressive. And the pack lasted a whole 5 day trip to Japan. Overall I recommend if you can keep it in a side pocket or jacket wherever you go. Definitely great capacity and great functionality. Only used the flashlight once but didn't need it. Easy to read display. Well worth the price of 2 separate power banks to keep me charged up on the go.
