Just like the Kobalt battery!
If you have Kobalt yard equipment, this is an outstanding value. Easily 30% or more less expensive than the Kobalt brand, with the same performance and charge holding.

New life for our Kobalt lawn mower. Works quite well.
We ordered this to give some new life to our waning 40v battery we use to power our Kobalt electric mower and string trimmer. Our old battery was dying quickly or stopping the mower periodically. This new battery fits well on the charger, mostly fits in the mower (catches a little more than our other one), and powers the mower well. I used it last time I mowed and it ran for a solid 30 minutes (as long or longer than our Kobalt one ever did). Very handy. Wish they weren’t so expensive.

Great buy for the money
Great replacement battery and actually a better quality than the original and last longer on a single charge than the original as well. Great battery for the price.

Didn't work right out of the box.
As soon as it came out of the box only half of the screen would show up, I think it showed 45 percent could only see half of it. Then tried to charge it, and errors out when it gets to 70 percent, I am not going to get another one of theses.

This battery performs just like the original. I get the same about of runtime on my mower and weed eater that I do with the ones that came with them. Worth the cost.

Excellent alternative to the OEM battery.
I tested the BULL-TECH 40-Volt 4000Mah Battery in a chainsaw this morning. I cut beech firewood up to 10 inches in diameter until the battery was empty. The battery performed as well in the chainsaw as the original battery does.The battery easily snaps into both the charger and the chainsaw. The battery fully charged after use.
