W7 Tea Tree Concealer Cover Stick For Spots & Blemishes

As a man in my 40s trying to fight the effects of time by regularly going to the gym in order to stay relatively in shape my thoughts have been turning to how I present myself generally as well (hair, clothes etc). Chanced upon Queer Eye on Netflix and in the first episode they recommended concealer to a guy who suffers with rosacea in patches on his face. That got me thinking as although I don’t suffer with that condition I do have a slightly red nose and a few age related spots round the edges. Looked on Amazon for a concealer (for men) I came across this and because it was cheap (and contained tea tree oil) thought I would give it a go, the thinking being if it was rubbish it’s not much money to lose! It arrived on a Friday which was perfect as it allowed me to try it out at home over the weeekend to make sure it improved my appearance without being obvious I was wearing it.Have to say I’m really impressed with the product. I’ve found it best if you put moisturiser on first (one that isn’t too greasy) then do something else (clean teeth) and then add the concealer onto the areas you want to cover and then blend with a finger (dabbing is best I’ve found). The trick I’ve found is less is more. I just target the areas I want to improve in order to ensure my skin still looks natural.Whilst it doesn’t completely cover the imperfections it does reduce their effects and gives a better overall even skin tone. Have been using it for a couple of weeks and although compliments about how youthful and healthy I look haven’t been flying my way!!... I personally feel better about my appearance and ultimately that’s what important.

I bought this as I was after an affordable concealer that would be good for covering blemishes. This seemed to have some good reviews, and was also cheap, so I thought I would try it - "heck, what can I lose?" I thought. However, it certainly has not managed to conceal anything on my face, not even my disappointment! I've tried using a small brush, direct application and my finger to apply this product. It just doesn't seem to have the depth of pigment needed to cover anything - a bit like trying to use a colouring crayon on shiny paper. I wouldn't recommend it or buy it again. However, that's not to say that others would have the same experience or opinion as me.If it helps, I have combination skin - so I can have both dry and oily patches. The concealer does seem to be better on normal to oily skin. It makes dry areas look worse.Hope this review helps!

I breakout in nasty spots sometimes and this stuff sorts them out. I'm male and this stuff is excellent, it blends in really well and is unnoticeable. So good I ordered more.

Normally this would be a 5*. However I think that they have changed the shade of the light/medium to something lighter and pinker than before. I just replaced an almost exhausted 2 year old light/medium which was an almost perfect tone match for my skin with a new tube which is clearly lighter.Did they change the formula or did my old tube darken over time.Will have to find a different brand which is a shame as I liked the coverage of this one.

Pretty much all the other reviews for this product I've read mention the amazing quality of this concealer and I completely agree! I suffer from real bad acne and didn't want to cover my face in make up but wanted a little bit of coverage to make me feel a bit better. This product has tea tree and so I thought it perfect for spots specifically and it works a treat. I can't quite believe how good the coverage from this little stick is and it's become one of my absolute staples. I'm now on my second stick and what I'm sure won't be my last!

Bought this after reading so many reviews, but I am unhappy about this product. It leaves lines/ creases after few min. of application.For wheatish colour go for medium to dark concealer. I was unfortunate I ordered light to medium.

Love it! I was convinced by the tea tree, as I find its so great with my skin. This provides decent coverage and blends really well. Great concealer

I like this concealer, easy to put on, coverage is good (not completely covered my pigmentation but only a slight mark visible), easy to carry around, good value.The only down side is the colour is too yellow even for my oriental skin, would prefer it more towards pink.
