I finally bought these for my sourdough so I don’t have to use parchment paper anymore and I can never go back. These are good quality and clean really easy! Definitely a good price too.

I use this product when making sourdough bread to transfer the dough into a hot pan without getting burned. It’s easy to use, but I do use pot holders with it.

UCI Silicone Bread Sling for Dutch OvenThis worked great! It fit fine in the bottom of the Dutch oven and kept the bread from sticking to the pan. The handles were great for immediately removing the bread from the Dutch oven. In fact, with the weight of the pan and how much it holds heat, I don't know what I would have done to remove it.I'm very happy with this!

This bread sling is so helpful in letting me remove bread from the pan easily. It is silicone, so it is already nonstick. I love that I how easy it is to use and that it really helps reduce the risk of burning myself trying to remove bread from the pan.
