General Knowledge Quiz Book for Seniors: 1001 Questions

I am using this as an activity for senior living community and they all loved it.

Great book

IT WAS FINE---NOT THE BEST EVER---SOME VERY EASY QUESTIONS

This book is all over the place with topics all mixed together. None of the questions are placed in subject categories. Nothing flows from subject or levels of difficulty. How are you supposed to work w a group of people w different levels of knowledge and also if they have dementia.This entire book has to be re- written or just throw it away and start over. Very disappointed. This author obviously has never worked w seniors with disabilities.

I purchased this book for long term care. More appropriate for Assisted Living or a younger population

Not worth the cost. Much of the trivia was obscure, or not specifically for seniors. We could only use about 30% of the questions.

We have a wide range of clients and this book was way too complicated for them.

A good little book that provided fun

I work as an activities coordinator in an elderly care home, and I'm constantly seeking new projects and pastimes for our residents. I've bought and tried several quiz books, many aimed at the older generation, and this is easily the best. The variety of questions is good and although I skip some which I feel won't be relevant to my particular audience, the selection and 'pitch' of the questions makes for an informative and fun session. Recommended.

Good selection of varied questions and answers - suitable for quizzing practice. Recently received and hoping to use prior to attendingweekly quizzes to brush up on general knowledge and keep the grey cells working I hope.....
