Bought for a little dress up, super sweet but I wouldn't rely on the elastic panel for everyday use, not sure it would be safe as a release if kitty got caught on something.

Very disappointed with this lovely looking collar
Very disappointed with this lovely looking collar. We fitted the collar to my cat and never saw most of it again! When he came back in the bow bell and my very pricey name tag had gone never to see again. Very sad at loss of name tag especially.
