This appears to me as zero calories and trying to remove as much sugar from my diet that isn’t needed as I can.It’s granulated like sugar, same colour and texture and honestly to me it tastes fine.Comes in a resealable bag in case others in your home use sugar.Happy with this - on my second purchase now - try it
