This works well - I ordered it for my sourdough baking and it’s perfect for that. Easy to use, serves its purpose. Seems durable for now.

I use these baskets every day that I am making sourdough. They are the perfect size for a regular size loaf. The quality is good, the only downfall is after quite a bit of use the basket will splinter off a bit, but it does not affect my dough. You will not find better quality and quantity for the cost. Super easy to use, I don’t have to frequently re-flour liners either. Will by buying again!

I love this set!!! It's a fantastic value and you get so many good quality items. It would make a very nice gift for anyone who loves baking. It has been very easy to use. I lightly dust it with rice flour and my sour dough has never stuck to the sides. I put my dough directly in the basket to rise, without the covers. It is very versatile. I put the covers in when I want to use it as a bread basket to serve fresh, sliced bread.

The shape and weight of these is really nice. The quality is good and my bread dough fit perfect in them. Very easy to clean as well.

First banneton I have purchased. Makes a big difference in the look and shape of your loaf. The lame is easy to use and has a nice little leather cover for safety. This would be a great gift for a baker in your life. Two sizes of baskets. The dutch whisk is a nice addition! Everything is easy to use, stacks and stores nicely too. You get a lot for your money.
